If you are a student driver, listen up!  All students must have a current Linganore High School Parking Permit hanging from their rear view mirror when they are parked at the school.  Any cars without LHS permits will be ticketed.  Also, remember that student parking is available in the lower stadium lot OR in the front lot closest to Old Annapolis Road ONLY.  Students are not permitted to park in staff lots, visitor spaces, handicapped or bus spaces.  Vehicles in violation of this policy will receive a ticket.  If you have questions or need to purchase a parking permit, please see Mrs. Shapiro in the front office.

Today is the final day of auditions for our spring show, “The Addams Family”.  The auditions will begin promptly at 2:30 pm in room D101.  Students must have attended all three days of auditions in order to be cast in the show.
Congratulations to the following “STAR” students!  Each are being recognized for demonstrating excellence in Academics, Accountability, or Attitude: Haley Barge, Michelle Chawngthu, Brian Godwin, Greyston Harding, Peter Homce, Cassie King, Sydney Rossman, Erick Stutz, and Garrett Wiehler.

And now for sports related news…

The girls’ basketball teams take on Middletown today at home.  The JV game begins at 5:30 pm and the Varsity game begins at 7:00 pm.  Also today, both the boys’ and girls’ Varsity swimming and diving teams take on Frederick at Walkersville at 6:00 pm.
