Seniors: You must pick your senior picture yearbook pose by Saturday, October 15th, through Victor O’ Neill Studios, to ensure it will be included in the 2017 yearbook.  Otherwise, a default photo will be selected for you. Directions are in your proof package. Please direct questions to VOS directly.

The French Honor Society is holding their third art competition to celebrate French Week in November. You can submit 2D pieces, 3D pieces and photography. All entries should be either inspired by a French artist or show some sort of French art technique. Please submit all entries to Madame Blonder, in room C221, by Tuesday, November 1st.  Winners will receive a prize and have their work showcased during French week.

Any students who are interested in joining Model UN and the January General Assembly but were unable to attend the September orientation, should stop by Mrs. Smithhisler’s room C231 to make a country selection. The deadline to join is Thursday, October 20th.

The Science National Honor Society workday at the Audrey Carroll Audubon Sanctuary has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 15th.

Do you like breakfast food and ‘80s movies?  If yes, join Linganore’s new club.  The Breakfast club meets after school from 2:30-4:30 pm every other Wednesday, starting Wednesday, October 19th, in Mrs. Diggs’ room A225. For more information, see Ms. Diggs, Erin Doyle or Payton Hull.

Tonight, the soccer teams will be taking on Walkersville. The boys will be at Walkersville. Tonight, at home, is also senior night for girls’ soccer. Come out at 6:50 pm to support the team.

The volleyball team will also be playing Walkersville at Walkersville tonight.
