If you purchased a 2016 yearbook last year, the spring supplements have arrived!  They will be available for pick up outside of the cafeteria during all lunch shifts, or after school in Ms. Bozzonetti’s room A206.

If you are a student driver, you must purchase a 2016-2017 LHS parking permit in order to park in the student lots.  Any vehicles without a valid parking permit will be ticketed.  Parking permit application forms can be found on the LHS website or in the front office.  Please see Mrs. Shapiro in the front office, if you have any questions.

Are you thinking about a career in architecture, construction, or engineering?  If so, you may want to apply to be part of the ACE Mentor Program.  Monthly meetings take place at local businesses.  The focus is on developing solutions to design problems with the help of professionals in the industry.  Students in grades 10-12 may apply online by Wednesday, August 31st, so apply today!  Visit the link shown below   and click on the link for students.  Look for the purple posters in the hallways with this information.   www.acementor.org.

And now for sports…Girls open gym begins today from 5:00-6:30 pm.  Any girls interested in playing JV or Varsity basketball may attend.

Today the LHS golf teams will compete in a multi-team event at South Carroll High School.  Also today, boys Varsity soccer will be scrimmaging against Liberty at Liberty High School.
