Good luck to the boys’ track team members as they compete in the State Championships today and tomorrow.  State qualifying team members are: Lars Eklund for the high jump and relays, Clay Buckman for relays, Thomas Lang for the 400 and relays, Micah Hewitson for the 3200, 1600, and 800, Alec Matthews for relays, and Tyler Fleagle for shot put.

Are you looking for something fun to do this Memorial Day weekend?  Here’s a list of things to do this break:

1. Pools open this weekend so hit the water! If you’re thinking about going to the beach, be careful of Bay Bridge traffic and cold water.
2. Have your friends over and host a fun barbeque! Also, give your pets some extra love and take them to the local park for a walk.

Today is Fun Fact Friday!  Did you know that 87.3% of LHS student do not know what this class is called? It is called DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS, and if you are interested in doing the morning announcements next year, switch into this class.
