Today is the application deadline for LHS students to apply for the Ken Doyle Memorial Scholarship from The LHS Sports Boosters. If you are a senior and participated on a Varsity team sport, you are eligible to apply for a $1,000 scholarship. Two scholarships will be awarded; one each to a senior girl and a senior boy. To apply, go to Naviance and look for the Ken Doyle Memorial Scholarship application today. Make sure you turn your application into Student Services by TODAY. The award winners will be announced on Tuesday, May 31st, at Senior Salute.

Juniors and seniors are reminded that guest forms for non-Linganore students attending Prom are due to Mrs. Hirschy or Ms. Larson by Wednesday, May 4th.

All students traveling this summer with Ms. Freimuth should stop by room C225 to pick up information and backpacks!

Today, the girls’ and boys’ Varsity tennis team will play their last home match against Thomas Johnson High School. The team’s twelve seniors will be recognized before the match. Good luck, Lancers!

JV baseball had a heartbreaking loss this past weekend against the Tuscarora Titans.

JV softball, on the other hand, won against the Urbana Hawks.

Varsity baseball won against the Urbana Hawks, as well, with a score of 9-2. Fantastic win, Lancers!

Varsity softball also beat Urbana with a score of 15-10. Great job ladies!!!
