The University of Maryland’s Clark School of Engineering has identified Linganore as one of their top 25 engineering source schools. Linganore was the only Frederick County High School to be identified.

The mock trial team won their match against CTC last night and is headed to the Frederick County finals!! They will face off against Frederick High School next Tuesday, March 8th, at 5:00 pm. If you see any of these semi-finalist winners, please congratulate them: Hugh Norko- All-Star Attorney, Isabella Madrid – All-Star Witness, Maria Pellecier, Garrett Gillespie, Michael Zerr and Ryan Stark.

Last night, the boys’ basketball team lost in the playoffs against Tuscarora. The team had a stellar season with only two losses the entire season.

Congratulations to the Linganore wrestling team, finishing their season 22-17. Wrestlers still competing are Earl Blake – Regional Runner-Up and David Schultz – two-time Regional Champion. Please support the boys this weekend in the State Championships at the Show Place in Bowie, Maryland.
