Congratulations to the LHS Pom and Dance team who attended their first competition this past weekend at Urbana High School and placed first in Short Pom and Jazz, second in Lyrical, and third in Hip Hop. Also, congratulations to Olivia Dubro for being named first place captain in Jazz and Abigail Montgomery for being named second place captain in Short Pom. This Saturday, the team will travel to Gwynn Park for their second competition.

Anyone interested in playing Varsity tennis this year must turn in their required paperwork to Coach Sunkel in room A139 by this Friday, February 26th. Tryouts begin Tuesday, March 1st.

The Varsity boys’ basketball team finished the regular season with a 20-1 record. Way to go, Lancers! At Hood College this Tuesday, they’ll take on Middletown for the CMC Championship. All tickets are $5.00 and tip off is at 7:00 pm.

Two Lancers swam their way to states this year! If you see Michael Roach or Michelle Carter, tell them congratulations!
