Seniors will soon be preparing for graduation and the future ahead of them. In this time before graduation happens, they have a lot to discuss.

The senior class meeting, held during the PSAT window, shared information about all of the requirements for graduation attire and how students should behave during the ceremony. They also talked about Safe and Sane, which is held at Mount Saint Mary’s right after graduation. Safe and Sane is a fun, yet safe “after party” for the seniors. There games, food and drinks, and prizes that they can win.

The seniors got order forms for t-shirts, caps and gowns, and jewelry.

At the end of the meeting, the students gathered on the bleachers in the stadium for their official class portrait – only 227 days away.

“The meeting was very long and there was a lot of information. But, it was good getting all of the information now so we could just write it down and keep track of it,” said Class of 2017 member, Emily Sherwood.
