Next year, LHS will be offering a Unified Physical Education class. This class will mirror our Unified Sports teams, but be included as part of the school day. If interested, please sign up for next year’s Unified PE class when you receive your course registration sheets next week!

If you are in 9th – 11th grade and interested in the United States Naval Academy summer STEM program, applications are being accepted now through April 15, 2015.  If applying, be sure to use an email address that is checked often.

Congratulations to the varsity cheerleading squad for taking 1st place last night at the county cheerleading competition. This is the 5th season in a row that the varsity squad has taken 1st place at counties! The squad will now move on to the North Regional Competition at Hartford Community College on Saturday at 10 am.

Congrats to the JV girls basketball team for their victory against Urbana last night. Girls varsity lost a tough fight with a score of 55-60. Great job Ladies. Come support the Boys Basketball teams tonight as they play Urbana here at Linganore. JV plays at 5:30 and varsity at 7. The student section will be having a BEACH OUT.
