In the lead for Can-struction, Ms. Freimuth’s class has donated 2.4 cans per person. In second place, Mr. Lastova raised 2.2 cans per person. And in third place, Mr. Lloyd’s class has collected 1.9 cans per person.

The Harry Potter Alliance is hosting a Quidditch tournament after school, Thursday, May 21st, to benefit a local animal shelter. Your team of seven can sign up in the library, there is a fee of $15 per team.

Band members, the first rehearsal for Graduation Band, will be held today, from 2:45-4:30 pm. The first fall marching band rehearsal for musicians and color guard will be held on Thursday, May 21 from 5:30-8:00 pm. Senior band members should return any outstanding uniforms, school instruments, and method books as soon as possible.

Congratulations to Linganore Tennis Players Andrea Huston and Courtney Shrider for qualifying to play in the Maryland State Tennis Tournament this coming Friday at College Park.
