With the possibility of inclement weather Friday evening into Saturday morning, the SAT exam scheduled for Saturday January 24 at Gov. Thomas Johnson and Urbana High Schools may be postponed.  This will occur only if the Snow Emergency Plan is in effect for Frederick County.  Students should check local radio stations or the State of Maryland Department of Transportation website for updates.  In the event of a cancellation, CollegeBoard will contact students via email regarding a make-up date.

And now for sports related news…

On Thursday afternoon, the LHS Bocce Ball team competed against the Thomas Johnson Patriots in the auxiliary gym.  The Lancer Bocce Ball team played to a 2-2 tie in match play.  The team would like to thank all the students who stopped by and cheered on the team.

Come out tonight to watch the boys JV and Varsity teams take on Walkersville at home. Good luck boys!
