Last weekend, LHS students shined in academic competition! Kudos to: freshman Jeremy Carter, and seniors Andrew Tran and Alex Phelps who represented LHS for an It’s Academic competition, held at WJZ-TV Channel 13 in Baltimore. The Lancers were victorious! The episode will be broadcast on Saturday, March 14, on Channel 13. The team’s victory ensures their return to WJZ for further competition later this winter. Congratulation to these great Lancers! If you would like to see these Lancers in action, come out on Fridays to cheer them on!

Congrats to both the boys JV and Varsity basketball teams on their wins yesterday against Frederick. JV with a score of 40-31. Varsity with a score of 46-44.

Tonight, the Boys JV and Varsity basketball teams take on Oakdale at home. Wear your orange to support Daryl Tarte, father of Jake Tarte, who is battling Multiple Sclerosis.
