Don’t forget to come out to the car wash this Saturday at the New Market Food Lion from 9-3. Come out to support the senior class and to help raise money for graduation. There isn’t a set price. They are just accepting donations of any amount.
Attention all students taking an Advanced Placement Exam: All students scheduled to take an AP Exam in May are required to attend an AP Pre-administration session after school on April 22 or 23. Students with the last name beginning with A-L should attend on Tuesday, April 22, while students with the last name beginning with M-Z should attend on Wednesday, April 23. Each session is scheduled to begin at 2:30 and will last until about 3:15. Students should bring a number two pencil to the session.
A representative from Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics will be visiting on May 6th. This school specializes in Aircraft Maintenance. They will meet in Room 122 at the beginning of all periods. Please see Ms. Riley in Student Services to sign up.
Congratulations to the girl’s softball teams for their wins last night. the JV team beat TJ 19-0, and the Varsity team beat Oakdale 11-7.
Also, congratulations to the boy’s JV lacrosse team for dominating Urbana last night with a final score of 16-1. Great job Lancers!
Today is the National Day of Silence! Please respect those who are participating in taking the vow of silence to prevent LGBT bullying.
If you see Mr. Lastova be sure to wish him a Happy Birthday today.
