Fousheé

The first among many artists to make their big breakthrough on TikTok was Fousheé. The song “Deep End (Freestyle)” by rapper Sleepy Hallow has vocals from Fousheé. This song made it big on tiktok with a corresponding dance to go with the song. Fousheé went under the radar for months after the song blew up before finally revealing her identity and eventually putting out her own version of ‘Deep End’ with a self-made music video to go along with it. Her music is greatly influenced by Jamaican culture. In an interview with gal-dem, Fousheé said “Jamaican culture is embedded in the bass that I move towards. . . Jamaicans have a way of making something beautiful out of anything.” Fousheé is definitely on the rise to stardom, with many tracks of hers featuring Lil Wayne, she knows the right people and is on the right track to get places.
