Double chocolate chip recipe
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Double chocolate instructions
- Combine flour baking soda and salt
- Beat butter, brown sugar, gugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl
- Add egg and beat well
- Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture and stir
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets
- Bake in preheated 375 degrees oven for 8 to 9 minutes
- Cool in baking sheets for 2 to 3 minutes
- Remove to wire racks to cool completely
These oatmeal cookies on top and a twist with the double chocolate chip on the bottom is the perfect mix of two delicious cookies put together as one. These cookies are perfectly soft dipped in a glass of milk on top of the chocolate goodness.
