Creamy Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut butter cookie recipe

  1. 1 cup creamy peanut butter 
  2. 1 cup granulated sugar 
  3. 1 large egg 
  4. 1 teaspoon baking soda

Peanut butter cookie instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
  3. In the bowl of your stand mixer using the paddle attachment mix together the peanut butter and sugar on medium speed until combined and creamy
  4. Add in the egg and baking soda, and mix on medium until smooth
  5. Using a medium (2 tablespoon sized) cookie scoop, portion out the dough and roll into balls. Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a form to press the dough down creating a crisscross pattern
  6. Bake for 9-10 minutes or until the cookies are set at the edges
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely 

Peanut butter cookies are simple but with some other Christmas cookies in the mix who can say no? These peanut butter cookies are soft and tempting, they’re like little drops of heaven.
