Promposal Pandemonium: Finding the “picture perfect” date

With his creative skills Matthew Gelhard asked Emily Byrnes to prom using sign shaped as a camera with a picture of Byrnes on the front side saying “Wow it’s a picture perfect prom date… So say yes to prom!”

Gelahard said, ” Promposals are supposed to a creative thing, and I believe you are supposed to think out of the box in order to create something very sentimental.”

Brynes and Gelhard have been dating for almost a year, and this year Gelhard wanted to make the promposal a little extra creative since its their last school dance together. Gelhard started researching ideas on how to present the big request and thought it be a cool idea to incorporate a camera shaped poster.

Byrnes said ” I was very surprised because it was the first time I had seen him in a weekend, and I wasn’t expecting it to happen. I thought the idea was super creative and beyond what I ever expected.”

The couple is excited for prom and especially since for most seniors its the last “hoorah” before officially leaving high school. It’s a good opportunity to make more memories with friends and celebrate your accomplishments from the last four years.
