Bonjour! Hallo! Hola! Salve!

The world language department is expanding their reach with a new column, sponsored by Lancer Media, where the department can regularly promote the beauty of studying world languages.  At Linganore, they offer German, French, Spanish and Latin.  In the United States, one in five speaks a foreign language in the home.  There are 527 million Spanish speakers in the world.  When we learn each other’s language and culture, we become more sensitive to all humanity.  It’s time to learn a new language!
