Class of 2016: Latin club senior celebrates 23 days left

Hugh Norko celebrated 23 days left of high school with favorite group at LHS, the Latin club.

The LHS Latin club is member of the National Junior Classical League. 

Norko said, “It’s a relief to be graduating,” though he admits he will miss attending the school where his father, Damon Norko, teaches.

Hugh Norko shared how college will be challenging but he’ll get through it.

Even though Norko is the only senior in the Latin club, he was able to make amazing memories with other members of the club.

“I’ll miss the simplicity of high school and participating in activities like the Latin club.” said Norko.

Post graduation, Norko will be attending the University of Baltimore in Fall 2016.
