Joshua Sachar

Josh Sachar will be attending Penn State University. He plans to major in business. He is a member of the business honor society and Mu Alpha Theta. He’s has also been on the varsity football team for three years and varsity baseball for two years. His teammates know him as “gas thrower and nuke hitter” (baseball terminology).

What has been your favorite memory at Linganore?

“My favorite memory at Linganore was building friendships with my teammates and competing for state championships.”

What is the most challenging task as a senior?

“The most challenging task as a senior is managing your time with all the extra curricular activities while also applying to college and planning my future.”

What advice do you have for incoming freshmen?

“Advice I have for underclassmen is to participate in sports because it takes away a lot of stress in life (and in school) while also making friends for a lifetime.”

Where do you imagine yourself 10 years from now?

“I imagine myself building up my career in 10 years after college and becoming successful.”
