#NationalSigningDay2021: Senior athletes prepare for college sports by signing letters of intent
On November 10, twelve Linganore student athletes signed their National Letter of Intent to continue playing sports in college.
During PREP, each athlete was recognized by the coach, signed their National Letter of Intent and took pictures with family and friends.
The once-in-a-lifetime, exciting act of signing was celebrated by cheers and applause from students, athletes, parents, coaches and teachers.
Signing Day was organized by physical education teacher Rachael Easterday who directed athletes, took photographs for the athletes’ families, and made sure everyone was following school guidelines.
Head football Coach Richard Conner stood in to read statements of support from coaches who were unable to attend the event.
