Jessica Jones isn’t your typical Marvel hero, and has a more exciting, darker story line. If you love Marvel Comics and movies, or just like action, mysteries, and drama, then this show is for you.

Jessica Jones is a super hero who, after a tragedy occurs in her life, leaves behind the superhero way of life and opens up her own investigation business. With super strength, flight, and endurance at her side, she goes around as a public investigator for hire.

However while on a case for a girl named Hope, a familiar face emerges to destroy Jessica’s life again. Throughout the episodes Jessica works to try to not just stop this enemy, but to understand him as well.

The drama and tension makes it nearly impossible to only watch one episode at a time. Between the story, acting, and a great cast consisting of Krysten Ritter, David Tennant, Mike Colter, Rachael Taylor and more, this show is amazing.
