Class of 2016: Publications seniors have 19 more days to make memories
The Class of 2016 anxiously awaits the arrival of their yearbooks while the seniors in Ms. Tracy Bozzonetti’s Publications class put the finishing touches on the spring supplement. For seniors, yearbooks will be distributed at the annual Senior Picnic on May 17.
Kaila Gordon says that she will miss “The football games, the pep rallies and the school spirit.” Gordon plans to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design, with the ultimate goal of completing a photography degree.
Briana Pettaway will attend Montclair State University in New Jersey, majoring in graphic design. Publications class has been important to her.“You create your own memories while you create the yearbook. I’ll miss that.”
Not only do members of the Publications class create their own memories, but they also create the memories of others as well. Every year, the yearbook is cherished by students and teachers alike. Gordon, Pettaway, and their classmates have put a permanent personal stamp on the Class of 2016 through their work on this year’s volume of The Talisman.
