As of April 26, Linganore’s graduating class has 18 more school days. The girls varsity lacrosse team continues to work hard as the last 18 days come quickly to a close.

Ms. Brooke Wilson has coached the girls varsity team for the last two seasons. She has had two sets of seniors graduate. This year she sends off Mary Britton, Caitlin Peigh, Julia Cencetti, Emily Sedgwick, and Jade Pack.

Britton plans to attend either FCC or Virginia Tech to further her education. She does not plan to further her sports career in college. Britton wishes to become an occupational therapist. “I am very excited to travel in my future. I think that seeing the world is something that everyone should be able to do.”

Cencetti plans to attend Hood College to become a special education teacher.

Pack is committed to serve in the Navy, a natural followup to her years of leadership in NJROTC at Linganore and TJ High Schools.

Sedgwick plans to attend Saint Joeseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. “I am planning to major in psychology and minor in criminology.”
