Rebetsky decorates cupcakes with marshmallows and turns them into monsters.
Ingredients:
Box of vanilla cupcake mix
Green frosting (can buy pre-made)
Blue M&M’s (have to buy whole bag and eat the other colors)
Marshmallows (cut in half)
Mini Marshmallow
Make the cupcakes as directions on the box
Frost the cupcakes
Add Marshmallows and eyes
