The yearbook will be themed around Linganore’s unique qualities. For all of the events like the homecoming dance and Halloween, the yearbook will be discussing how we are, as a school, a community, “United yet Unique.” The community works together to help each other but they are all individually different.

The yearbook will highlight sports teams’ “Unstoppable Spirit” because even when they get knocked down, they get right back on their feet and keep on fighting!

Yearbook adviser Tracy Bozzonetti said that the inspiration stemmed from “the ideas of many staff members who came together to discuss the theme.”

Emily Byrnes is the general editor of the yearbook, and many students are taking on additional leadership roles.

Publications class, better known as Yearbook, is a class for people who enjoy working with computers and various Adobe programs, as well as those who appreciate working and creating something bigger that couldn’t have been accomplished without their classmates. The yearbook team discusses their plans for future deadlines, from fall sports to clubs.  Yearbook allows those involved to participate in activities and events that they wouldn’t have participated in if they didn’t take Publications.

Yearbook staff member Rachel McCoy said, “I like how everything is tied together through the smaller sub-topics. It really represents us as a school.”

Don’t forget to order your yearbook by December 31!
