Varsity boys basketball have won their last two games. They won against Urbana on January 5 and Tuscarora on January 9. They had a victory over the Titans with a final score of 59-53.

The first half, Christian Nolan and Brandon Champagne were keeping the Lancers ahead with multiple layups. Senior guard, Sean Lang was also a huge reason Linganore was able to have a victory against the Titans.

Lang scored 18 points in total during the Tuscarora game. He scored a 3-pointer that broke the tie between the two teams and it was what gave them their winning points. Lang was also written about in the Frederick News Post for his outstanding achievements Tuesday night.

Another senior player, Joe Kolick helped the team out with his great passes and rebounds. He also scored 8 points for the Lancers which made him a very important player in the game.

The Lancers play Westminster at home on Friday January 12th. JV will be at 5;30 and varsity will be at 7. Come out and support our boys.
