On Wednesday, April 6, the track and field team went to South Hagerstown High School for a meet.
The team participated in multiple events and excelled at most of them.
Tommy Duffy placed 9th out of 46 runners in the 100 meter dash with 11.66 seconds.
Will Cioffi and Ryan Girod both placed in the 200 meter dash.
Sabrina Moxley, senior, placed 14 out the 42 girls running in the 100 meter dash. Sabrina ran the event in 13.75 seconds.
Moxley also placed in the 200 meter dash as well as freshman Megan Martin and sophomore Cynthia Contreras.
Cynthia Contreras said “We had a great meet yesterday. Everyone did well.”
The teams next meet is this Saturday, April 9 at Georgetown Prep.
