The Varsity Football team took a big win on Friday night over Westminster, with a score of 42-14.

Friday was also the football team, poms, and the cheerleading squads’ Senior Night.

The football team recognized 24 seniors. Cheerleading and poms each had eight seniors.

On Senior Night the players are walked onto the field with their family members while a speeches are read about their past achievements and what they plan to do in the future.  This is a very memorable night for the the Lancer community.

Many seniors stood out Friday night. Tyson Tregoning returned a 38-yard interception for a touchdown. Michael Rajnik scored on a 28-yard pass from junior quarterback Zach Willett.

All seniors who play defense worked together to keep the Owls from scoring.

Along with Senior Night, the students and fans all wore pink Friday night to remember all of those who have fought or are fighting breast cancer.

The Varsity football team will have their last home game this Friday at 7 p.m., vs. Governor Thomas Johnson.
