And now for sports related news:

Congratulations to all the teams who participated in the second annual Quidditch tournament yesterday. The Whimsical Wizards took home the Golden Snitch Trophy. A special thank you to Mr. Joseph and Mrs. Ferguson for their help and support, the many Harry Potter Alliance members and all who came to watch. Also, this tournament would not be possible without the leadership, commitment and work of Corinne DeFrancisci and Marissa Maze. They have started a wonderful tradition and we look forward to next year’s tournament.

Good luck to the Varsity baseball team as they take on TJ at TJ at 4:00 pm.

Good luck to the Varsity softball team as they play South Hagerstown today at 4:00 pm.

Good luck to the boys’ Varsity lacrosse team who take on Middletown today for the regional final.

Good luck to the boys’ and girls’ track teams who travel to Urbana today to compete in the regional meet. Good luck, Lancers!
