Would you like to learn about how music is written and recorded? Would you like to learn how to use microphones, mixers, and computers to create and record your own music? If so, sign up for Integrated Music Technology! Linganore has state-of-the-art instruments and recording gear, and no prior music classes are required. If you have questions about registration, bring your form to lunch. School counselors are at all lunch shifts to help you. They can help you complete your form in just a few minutes.

Attention girls’ indoor track members: Please return your uniform to Ms. Scuffins in room C207 byFriday, February 12th. Regardless of participation in outdoor track, Ms. Scuffins needs ALLuniforms. If not returned, an obligation will be issued.

Mr. Linganore had their first dinner last night at Unos. If you missed out, don’t worry. You can dine in or take out next week on Thursday, February 18th. See Mr. Brown or Mrs. Rebetsky for questions.

Attention percussion students: After school percussion ensemble is canceled for today. We will begin rehearsals next Thursday, February 18th.

Congratulations to our mock trial team on their big win over Tuscarora last night. If you see Maria Pellecier, the all-star attorney, Ryan Stark, the all-star witness, or Hugh Norko, Garrett Gillespie, Patrick Conboy or Isabella Madrid, tell them congratulations! Their next match will be Wednesday, February 17th against Walkersville.

Students who are going to be juniors and seniors and haven’t turned in their schedule forms for next year should consider taking “SEPTEMBER 11TH TO THE PRESENT”, a NEW course taught by Mr. Hornbeck.
