Sign up for the 5th Annual Egg Nog Jog! The jog is Saturday, December 17th, at 9:00 am. They have a goal to raise $10,000 to help purchase toys and games for the Johns Hopkins Pediatrics Center.  Registration is open.

This is a reminder to those students applying with the National Aquarium in Baltimore as a summer volunteer…the applications are due to room C103 TODAY!

The Class of 2020 is sponsoring a fundraiser on Monday, December 12th, at the Chipotle in Mt. Airy from 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm.  Please mention “Class of 2020” and present the flyer when ordering, or stop by attendance and pick up a flyer from Mrs. Twiford.

Lancer Candy Lane runs from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm this Saturday, December 10th.  Volunteers should arrive between 8:15 am – 8:30 am. Dress for the occasion!  Volunteers are encouraged to dress as elves or wear other festive wear. Students without a club advisor at Lancer Candy Lane will “check-in” at the photo table by Santa.

Lancer Media’s friend, Elfie, is hiding somewhere in Linganore. If you can tell us where he is in the daily picture, you will be entered in a daily contest. If you win the daily contest, you will be entered in the weekly drawing for a gift card. Weekly raffle winners will be announced via Twitter on each Monday of December. Now for sports related news….

Last night, the girls JV and Varsity basketball teams took on Middletown at Middletown. Varsity won with a score of 53-41 and JV lost a tough battle with a score of 31-28.

The boys Varsity and JV basketball teams also took on Middletown at home. Both teams won:  Varsity 62-46 and JV 46-39.
