The National English Honor Society (NEHS) hosted a movie night on January 22nd to celebrate the end of Semester 1. The event was organized by NEHS officer Dillon Mitcham, and members viewed  The Maze Runner, starring Dylan O’Brien. The 23 attendees shared pizza and popcorn.  Reviews of the film were mixed.  Some enjoyed the action, but many thought the film adaptation of the book was poor.

The next even will be in February.  In conjunction with the math honor society, the NEHS will host a scavenger hunt.  Teams of two will search for clues by solving math and English-related problems.
