Sophomore Justin Richmond is on the block at Frederick High about to begin the 4 x 100 relay with Jackson Rammling, Liam Lindsey, and Cazmire Tymoch. Tymoch won an outstanding 3 events in the meet. The girls team lost by only two points with a final score of 97 to 95.
