Happy Super hero day! Remember that anyone who participates in spirit week activities can fill out a ticket at lunch to win cool prizes such as gift cards, LHS gear, Prom Tickets, and Mr. LHS tickets. The rest of the weeks spirit days are as follows: Wednesday is flannel day, Thursday is Team USA day, and friday is red, black, and pink day.

If you are a sophomore or junior interested in spending part of your school day out of the building next year, you may consider signing up for an Internship, Work-Study, Service Learning, or college classes. For any questions, see Mr. Brown or Ms. Radil-Harris in the Cafeteria during your lunch shift for information about filling out your course registration sheet.

If you are interested in being on the tech crew for this year’s musical of “Curtains”, the first meeting will be after school this Wednesday the 12th from 2:30-5:00.  Any questions please see Mr. Lazarus

Don’t forget! Auditions for the NHS Talent Show are being held this Thursday, February 13th in the auditorium after school. Dancers, Musicians, Jugglers, Singers, and any other person who thinks that they have talent is encouraged to come out and show off for all of Linganore to see!

The Science National Honor Society will be working at the Audrey Carroll Audubon Sanctuary this Saturday from 11-4 p.m.

Attention Rho Kappa Officers and those who were newly admitted into Rho Kappa this school year: There will be a mandatory meeting Wednesday after school in Mr. Burch’s room A215 to go over proceedings for Thursday Night’s induction ceremony.

Attention band members in grades 10-12: Symphonic Band rehearsals begin today from 2:45-5:15 in the band room.  Please be on time.
