The LHS Key Club will sponsor an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Tuesday, April 8. Appointment times are available from 7:00 AM- 12:30 PM. Blood supplies are very low and they are in need of donors! Students must be 16 years old and can sign-up to donate at all lunch shifts this week. Parents and community members can schedule an appointment by contacting club advisor, Mr. Brown.

The Varsity Tennis team will play at Walkersville today! Come out to support them at Players attending should be on the bus by 2:40 p.m.

Prom is just around the corner everyone. This year’s theme is A Night in Hollywood. Prom is Friday, May 9 from 8:00-11:00pm at the Holiday Inn FSK. Tickets are being sold during all lunch shifts for $35. Boys, please consider using Men’s Warehouse for your suit and tuxedo needs! JV Girls Softball won against Urbana High School yesterday afternoon after a few tough innings. Linganore beat Urbana with a final score of 7-6. They would like to thank Mr. Snow and everyone for showing their support at the game. There next game is Saturday at Frederick High School. The Varsity Softball team also won against Urbana with a score of 5-4. Congrats girls!

The varsity baseball team won against Urbana with a score of 1-0.

Both the JV and Varsity boys Lacrosse teams beat Frederick yesterday- JV with a score of 21-0 and Varsity with a score of 22-11. Also, congratulations to the girls JV Lacrosse team for winning against Frederick, 9-7.
