If you would like a case for your Chromebook, please stop by the Media Center to have one issued to you.  You can come before school, at lunch, during PREP, or after school.  We recommend all Chromebooks be kept in their cases to protect them from damage.  Don’t forget to come to the Media Center and pick up your case!

Attention all Advanced Placement students:  Please check the revised lists posted outside of the assistant principals’ office.  If your name is on the list, an exam will be ordered for you.  If your name is not on the list, no exam will be ordered.  See Mrs. Smith in the AP office with any questions.

Beginning Monday, March 20th, Juliana Donato and Mariah Kessler will be collecting items for donation to the Frederick County Animal Shelter.  Blankets, sheets, food and water bowls, toys and grooming tools are just some of the items that are being accepted. Donation boxes will be set up in the front office.

Want to help the softball program this Friday, Saturday and Sunday?  It’s really easy…just head to Jersey Mike’s in either Mt Airy or Frederick, all weekend long, and mention the softball program. A portion of their sales will go directly to our program. Thanks in advance for your help!

The Teenage Brain — It’s, like, complicated! The dramatic remodeling of the brain during adolescence holds tremendous opportunities for growth and learning but also appears to increase a teen’s vulnerability to the long-term effects of environmental influences such as stress.  Keep your brain healthy by getting enough rest and practicing healthy habits.

And now for sports related news…The Varsity tennis team will hold their Quartermania fundraiser this evening in the school cafeteria.  The doors open at 6:00 pm and the game begins at 7:00 pm.
