Today is Monday, November 21, 2016

There will be no ELO tutoring tomorrow after school.  It will resume after Thanksgiving break on Tuesday, November 29th.

Members of the Science National Honor Society are reminded that their science-related community service hours forms are due on Thursday, December 1st.

The yearbook class is now collecting pictures of seniors, with other current LHS seniors from elementary or middle school, for the popular THEN & NOW section. Please email them to [email protected], or drop them off to room A206. Be sure to identify all students pictured.

After the holiday break, the weight room will be open after school on Wednesdays and Fridays until 4:00 pm for any volleyball or softball player interested in lifting.  Any questions, see Coach Poffinberger.

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, headquartered in Linthicum, Maryland, has established a highly competitive scholarship competition for Maryland high school students pursuing a degree in engineering at an institution of higher learning.

The Northrop Grumman Scholars program will award an $8,000 scholarship to one graduating high school student in each Maryland County and Baltimore City. The deadline for scholarship applications is February 4, 2017.  Please see Mr. Greene for more information.

Due to the Distinguished Graduate presentation tomorrow, we will run on a non-PREP bell schedule.  Also, the Media Center will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, November 22nd, for the Distinguished Graduate luncheon.
