The National English Honor Society encourages all students to write “Santagrams” and send them to your friends, staff members or classmates. Pick up a postcard outside of roomC203; after you finish writing your message, drop the postcard in the mailbox outside of room C203.  We will be accepting “Santagrams” through Monday, December 19th.  Remember, there is no charge for sending happiness!

There will be a pajama drive going on now until Thursday, December 22nd, in the cafeteria. Donate NEW pajamas to help benefit the Heartly House, which provides a shelter to victims of domestic violence

Members of the Science National Honor Society are reminded to turn in their national dues by Monday, December 19th.  Also, members of the Science National Honor Society will meet during PREP on Friday, December 16th, for a club picture.

English and Geometry PARCC testing continues tomorrow!  If you are testing in English, don’t forget to bring your headphones or earbuds.  Don’t know where to go?  The testing roster is posted in the cafeteria and on Main Street.  Make sure to get a good night’s sleep the night before your test and to eat a healthy breakfast in the morning.  Good luck to all the test takers!

The Egg Nog Jog is this Saturday, December 17th. Sign up at lunch or online at http://www.lancereggnogjog.com/registration.html.  Our donation goal this year is $10,000.00!

Tomorrow, there will be no video announcements so there are no interruptions during PARCC testing.  The announcements will be read at the beginning of PREP.

Last night, the Varsity boys’ basketball team defeated Walkersville 54-41.

Any girl or boy interested in playing for the Varsity tennis team this spring needs to attend an informational meeting on Tuesday, December 20th, in room A139, at 2:20 pm.

Special shout out for Mr. Hines birthday.  He is 50 today!!!!
