Safe and Sane is an event held after the seniors graduation to keep them safe, but also kick off their freedom from high school with a fun filled night.

On Friday March 27th, the Libertytown Fire Hall held Safe n’ Sane’s biggest fundraiser, Bingo.

One hundred and eighty tickets were sold at $25 each.

Participants played 25 rounds,  including three special rounds where players had to spell out LHS.

There were 10 doors prizes and two special basket raffles.

There was a 50/50 raffle worth $225 and a $1000 raffle who was won by the Newhouse Family.

“The bingo is a really a well run and enjoyable event. I was lucky enough to win a nice basket,”  says Maryellen Graziano, mother of senior Matt Graziano.

Many seniors and their families attended this event and had a fun- filled night.

Safe and Sane will be held on June 2nd after graduation.
