Tuesday- Jersey/team day

Tuesday was jersey and team day. Students had the opportunity to show their school spirit by wearing any jersey or sports-related spirit wear, while also winning points for their class.

Lunch competitions also began Tuesday. The competitions are fun ways for classes to earn additional points. Tuesday’s competition was a scavenger hunt where students searched for things like a bag of Funyuns, pink shoelaces, and blue gum.

Points are awarded throughout the week for participation in various events and activities. The class that accumulates the most points will be dubbed the most spirited class at LHS. They will also earn $400 to the class treasury along with the coveted ‘spirit stick’ at the pep rally.
