Salisbury has rescheduled their visit for Monday, November 25th at 8 a.m. Students who would like to meet with the admissions counselor from Salisbury University should sign up in Student Services.

The deadline to register for both the December ACT and SAT exams is this Friday, November 8th. Go on-line to register.

First Team 686 will be having an after school Meeting today in Mr. Bergeron’s room. The meeting will be right after school and will end at 4pm.

Members of the Unified Tennis Team are reminded to turn in their red team jerseys to Coach Sunkel in Room A139.

The pre-vet small animal care class is holding a fundraiser for the Frederick county animal control. The class is collecting spare change as well as other donations, such as canned food, dry food, treats and toys for the animals in their care. The Poetry Out Loud competition has returned to LHS. Our school competition will be held on Thursday, November 21st during second period. The winner will move on to the county competition. Any interested students should see Mrs. Garst in room C207 by Friday, November 15th if interested in competing for the title of LHS Champion!

Any girls interested in trying out for the indoor track team, there will be an informational meeting held this Friday, November 8th in Ms. Scuffin’s room, C217. For any additional information, or if you can’t be at the meeting, see Ms. Scuffins with any questions.

• Registration forms were given to every senior who attended the class meeting on October 16. Please return to the LHS front office and they will be placed in the Safe and Sane mail box or bring them to the November meeting.

• California Tortilla restaurant fundraiser on Tuesday December 10, 5-10pm
